In order to arrive on time, last day to order custom jewelry is Dec. 15th.
I will be shipping all custom items on Dec. 19th. You will need to choose priority mail when checking out to receive on time.
Priority mail delivers within 3 days (weather permitting).
Ready made jewelry will be sent within one day.
If you choose overnight delivery, last day to order is Dec. 16th.
I will be shipping overnight jewelry on Dec. 21st which will receive by Dec. 23rd.
Do you accept Paypal?
We accept Paypal. Choose the yellow button ' check out with Paypal ' to use Paypal. Paying through Paypal is one of safest way to send payment. All major cards are also accepted using PayPal. Nana Smith Designs has over 2000 verified transactions through Paypal.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes we accept all major credit cards. Choose the blue button 'checkout' to pay by credit card.
Do you accept money orders or checks?
Yes we accept United States Postal Money Orders or Domestic Checks.
Just email us which piece you would like and we will set it aside for you for 10 days. Then email us for our address to send the money order to.
Checks will take 5 business days to process, and money orders will take 1 business day. International money orders can be accepted but will take 2 weeks to process.
What are your refund policys?
I want you to be happy with your purchase:) If you need to return your piece, we will refund your payment as soon as we receive the item in it's unused original packaging within 10 days of purchase. We can also exchange another piece of jewelry for you if you like.
There are no returns on custom orders (orders that take 7 days to make) and no returns on sale items.
Whats are the shipping charges?
I am not held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Insurance is an option when checking out.
Domestic:

First Class Mail - $3.75 on entire order. Normally takes between 2-7 days.

First Class Mail w/ Insurance - $5.75 on entire order.

Priority Mail - $6.25 on entire order. Normally takes 2-3 days.

Priority Mail w/ Insurance - $7.75 on entire order.

U.S.P.S. Express Mail - $28.00 on entire order. Overnight not guaranteed. Depends if address is in remote location or weather permitting.

UPS Overnight - $41.00. Guaranteed overnight.
International:

$15.00 for Canadian orders(registered mail with return signature delivery) normally takes between 5-14 days.

$18.00 worldwide (registered mail with return signature delivery) normally takes between 5-14 days.

$35.00 U.S.P.S. Worldwide Express Mail (with tracking number and signature delivery) normally takes 5 days.
Please note that delivery times can take longer. It is up to the post office on how quick they deliver (holidays and the weather play a large part in delays)
